In-game bans
I was banned, but I wasn't using cheats. How do I appeal a ban?

Since February 4, 2021, Caliber is using an automatic player ban system. If you think that in your case the ban was applied incorrectly, you can make an appeal:

  • Go to the ban appeal page at: https://www.easy.ac/ru-ru/support/game/contact/appeal.
  • In the Game dropdown select Caliber.
  • Specify your Player ID.
  • Fill out your information with your name and email.
  • Specify the reason for your appeal. There are four options: "I didn't cheat", "Someone else cheated on my account", "I cheated, but would like to remove the sanction", "Other reason".
How do I find my Player ID?

In an upcoming update we'll add Player ID display to the game client. At present, it can be found in the logs by following the instructions below.

  • Press Win+R on the keyboard.
  • In the window that opens, copy the following into the search bar: %UserProfile%\AppData\­LocalLow\1CGS\Caliber
  • In the folder that opens, open Player.log.
  • Once the file is open, press Ctrl+F to open the search window and input your User ID.
  • The line with your User ID will be highlighted in green (see the screenshot). The numbers on that line are your Player ID.
